“I booked a day bed on the beach through ResortPass and it was an very nice experience! Our server, Michael Mendez, was both friendly and attentive without being overbearing. He made excellent suggestions for drinks based on our favorite flavors and brought us a lovely bucket of ice with bottled water and a fresh fruit platter. I had an overall pleasant stay at the hotel, with amazing views and a welcoming vibe. The bartender, Martin, truly made our experience special with his humor and fantastic drinks. However, some staff interactions were disappointing, particularly at the front desk and breakfast service. The dining options were generally good, but the prices for drinks were a bit steep. The beach had its drawbacks with seaweed present during my visit, but the facilities were well-maintained.

The rooms were spacious and filled with high-end toiletries, but the air conditioning was hard to manage at times. Balconies were only available on the third floor, which limited views.

While some staff members were welcoming and helpful, I encountered rudeness from others, particularly at check-in and during breakfast. It was disappointing given the hotel's reputation for hospitality.
